    Ordered cinnamon bun Latté's with an extra shot in both via uber eats. Whoever made the order cearly didn't read the ticket properly because only showed up and when we tried to get a refund for the missing item via uber eats they said we're not eligible for a refund.There is two of us which is why we ordered coffees. We have checked the order multiple times and it definitely says . So we've just spent £ for half a cup of coffee each!Really really not happy.

    I ordered hot chocolate and a cake this morning as i waited for my bus and the guy who was making the drinks did not make the chocolate and made coffee for the next customer and served him.. i asked him why he served the next customer before mine he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him my bus is about to leave he just looked at me. The cashier as well. They both didn’t care. I have been buying hot chocolate or times a week and this particular staff i find them rude. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names. I left without my chocolate yet i paid £. for hot chocolate and cake. Please Costa management talk to your employees. They need a refresher course in customer service
